Fleur Yumol As the primary contact point for Business and HR Managers, I work with companies to:

  • Assess where the organization is, where it was and where it wants to go, then build alignment to that vision
  • Build understanding of how to protect and nurture the knowledge, culture and identity within an organization to maintain a competitive advantage
  • Build organizational capability and capacity through workshops, 1-on-1 coaching and team building

Additionally, I provide clinical counselling to employees:

  • Tools include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy
